Treatment and precautions:
In order to be protected in hot flashes, it is necessary to avoid wearing too thick and not to be in very hot environments. Bitter and spicy foods should not be consumed. Coffee and tea should not be consumed much. Alcohol should never be consumed. Regular exercise or walking during pregnancy reduces hot flashes. Staying away from stress and trying to have a calm pregnancy are the main measures. No drug treatment is given for hot flashes during pregnancy. Medicines or herbal treatments used for flushing in menopause patients cannot be used in pregnant women.
