fatigue:

Prevention
and treatment:
To prevent and at least reduce fatigue, first tell your
doctor about this complaint. Treatments such as iron pills will be given if
there is anemia or any other cause. If there is no such reason, paying
attention to your diet, drinking plenty of water and liquid drinks, taking the
vitamins recommended by your doctor regularly will reduce your weakness
complaint. Apart from these, one of the best behaviors against weakness is
exercise and sports. Regular exercise, sports, walking, swimming or similar
activities will eliminate complaints such as weakness, fatigue and will make
you feel good and strong pregnant, both physically and psychologically.
