FATIGUE IN PREGNANCY

The complaint of weakness during pregnancy is one of the most common complaints. It is more common especially in the first months of pregnancy. In the last months of pregnancy, the body becomes heavier, the movements are difficult, the weight gained also causes a feeling of weakness and difficulty in doing work and similar complaints.
Causes of fatigue:
Fatigue, fatigue sensation during pregnancy may be due to a disease such as anemia, and often no reason can be found. Due to the intense nausea and vomiting, especially in the first months of pregnancy, factors such as inability to eat well, not feeling psychologically good due to pregnancy, losing water and sweating in the summer cause fatigue.

- Eating disorders (Anorexia, Blumia)
Prevention and treatment:
To prevent and at least reduce fatigue, first tell your doctor about this complaint. Treatments such as iron pills will be given if there is anemia or any other cause. If there is no such reason, paying attention to your diet, drinking plenty of water and liquid drinks, taking the vitamins recommended by your doctor regularly will reduce your weakness complaint. Apart from these, one of the best behaviors against weakness is exercise and sports. Regular exercise, sports, walking, swimming or similar activities will eliminate complaints such as weakness, fatigue and will make you feel good and strong pregnant, both physically and psychologically.
