IMPLANTATION BLEEDING

This is not actually a menstrual bleeding, but a bleeding resulting from the placement of the pregnancy in the lining of the uterus at the beginning of pregnancy, this is called implantation bleeding. This bleeding does not occur in every pregnancy.
This bleeding is not menstrual bleeding. For this reason, most of the time, the amount and color are different from the normal number of women, but the patient may not always notice this. This small amount of bleeding caused by pregnancy embedded in the wall of the uterus, that is, when implanted, is harmless and is not a condition that will harm the pregnancy or the baby. The only drawback is that the patient does not realize that he is pregnant because he thinks he has had menstruation due to this bleeding, and drugs that are harmful in terms of pregnancy until they realize pregnancy, etc. may use it or be exposed to X-rays. Women who are not protected in this respect and are planning pregnancy should be careful.
When does implantation bleeding occur?
It occurs approximately 25-30 days after the last menstruation, which means almost the next menstrual period. For this reason, the patient may not think that she is menstrual and that she is pregnant due to the placement of pregnancy.
Does implantation bleeding cause miscarriage?
This bleeding does not cause miscarriage and is a normal bleeding because it is a normal bleeding due to the pregnancy sticking to the uterine wall. However, it still does not occur in every pregnancy. There are some pregnancies that result in miscarriage during this period, they are called silent abortions (chemical pregnancy). However, the reason for this is not the settlement bleeding. This is probably due to some unknown genetic abnormalities related to pregnancy.
Will implantation bleeding be painful?
Implantation bleeding is often noticed only in the form of spotting with no pain. Rarely there may be a small amount of pain during this period. If there is severe pain, it is definitely due to another reason and the cause should be investigated urgently by a doctor's examination.
