Counting baby movements is
important to give an idea about your baby's condition.
Various methods have been
proposed for counting baby movements. One of the most frequently used is:
"Take note of the
morning time and start counting your baby's movements. Your baby should move at
least 10 times in 12 hours."
Baby movements usually start
counting from 28 weeks. If a risky pregnancy condition has been specified
before, it can be started around 24 weeks.
If your baby has not moved
10 times in 12 hours, you should consult a doctor.
If your baby has moved 10
times in 12 hours but you have noticed a significant decrease in their
movements in recent days, you should also contact your doctor.
