Large fish are generally not recommended during pregnancy, as
they contain large amounts of mercury. Tuna, on the other hand, contains a
small amount of mercury, although it is large. It is recommended in pregnancy
to consume tuna due to its high content of omega 3, low saturated fat and high
quality protein. But during pregnancy, light canned tuna without fat should be
consumed and should not be consumed more than twice a week.
It is very useful to consume other fish during pregnancy due
to its omega 3 content. It is recommended to be consumed 1-2 times a week, it
is not recommended to consume more.
